Hariyali Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch cilantro
2 to 3 thai chilies
½ tsp whole zira (cumin seeds)
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 garlic cloves
½ tsp salt, or to taste
1-3 tbsp canola oil
1 pound chicken breast, ½ inch cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Make chutney by blending all ingredients except chicken and oil.
Marinate chicken with chutney for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil on medium heat and add marinated chicken.
Cook chicken covered, stirring every 2 minutes until dry (about 10-12 minutes).
