Hariyali Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • 2 to 3 thai chilies

  • ½ tsp whole zira (cumin seeds)

  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • ½ tsp salt, or to taste

  • 1-3 tbsp canola oil

  • 1 pound chicken breast, ½ inch cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make chutney by blending all ingredients except chicken and oil.

  2. Marinate chicken with chutney for at least 1 hour.

  3. Heat oil on medium heat and add marinated chicken.

  4. Cook chicken covered, stirring every 2 minutes until dry (about 10-12 minutes).
